How to Apply False Eyelashes:

Gently remove eyelashes from the container. Trim the lash band if needed. Apply a small amount of eyelash glue to the lash band and wait 20 seconds to dry. Using tweezers or a lash applicator to pick up the lash, carefully place the eyelash along your natural lash line starting from the outer corner to inner corner and let dry.
